Her journey into dentistry began with roles in academia, initially serving as a Lecturer at Bhojia Dental College and Hospital, followed by a tenure as a House Surgeon at the renowned Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) in Chandigarh.
In 2010, Dr. Sood embarked on her first private practice in Gurgaon, concurrently holding the position of Head of Dental Department at Life-Aid Hospital from 2012 to 2014.
